Room cleanliness could improve with better attention to detail!!! Limited toiletries and outdated furniture left much to be desired. A tea-coffee maker would elevate the experience significantly!!!

I had a fantastic stay with clean, spacious rooms and enjoyed a delightful meal at the restaurant, which serves amazing food, making it a perfect start for my explorations into the vibrant city. I loved that Juhu Beach is just under 3 km away, perfect for a scenic walk along the shore.

Room cleanliness was below expectations.

Great Stay for Solo Travelers

I spent two nights in a Deluxe Single Room and truly appreciated the spaciousness. The housekeeping was prompt, and I enjoyed delicious meals throughout my stay. The free airport drop-off was a lifesaver for my early flight. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

the proximity to the airport is great for catching early morning flights. room service was quite good, although a bit pricey. i enjoyed the luxurious amenities offered in the gym, which felt like a high-end health club.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a perfect spot for our family. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, which comfortably accommodated my teens and me. The attentive staff ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the prompt room service.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were limited and could be improved for families. A wider variety of kid-friendly meals would be great.

Spacious and well-kept rooms.

I was incredibly frustrated with the service. The staff seemed indifferent to our issues, particularly when it came to handling our luggage. it's outrageous that a pre-booked taxi was not honored, leading us to pay out of pocket for a last-minute ride to the hotel.

The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfy. AC worked great, which was a plus. There was a nice large mirror that made it feel less cramped. However, no tissue paper in the bathroom, and hot water was hit or miss. Everything else felt alright, but the lack of some basics was a bit annoying.
